Please ask about rates for an individual 50 minute session (sliding scale available for people who have financial difficulties).

There is a $5 surcharge to use a credit card.

I nsurance
I work on a fee for service basis. I do not take insurance directly, however, I am able to provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

 

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
